Both activations are fully themed to match your event design, so your content gallery feels cohesive and curated. We also include an upgraded themed backdrop and deliver a short highlight reel within 72 hours — perfect for social media recaps or thank-you posts.

Retainer! To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than five days prior to the event date.

1. Our booking system operates on a first come, first served basis. Availability is subject to change at any time, and popular dates may fill quickly.

💳 Reservation Confirmation

Your event date is not officially reserved until we receive your retainer payment. Without confirmed payment, your booking is not guaranteed and may be released to other clients.

📞 Communication Does Not Equal Reservation

Phone calls, emails, messages, or verbal discussions do not constitute a confirmed reservation. To secure your desired date and time, please complete the online booking process and submit your retainer.
